The location for Miami was perfect and great, really close to Miami, great restaurants in Wynwood, and Wynwood and Midtown. The room was decent sized, provided us with the couch and all the amenities, as for instance.

The location is magnificent and perfect, in the middle of jackson. Make sure you stay in the apartment with the couch, TV, all the amenities. Outstandingly accommodating and brilliant people that welcomes you in.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and ambiance. The beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The hallways were well-lit and easy to navigate, and there were plenty of handrails and elevators available. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.
I would have loved to see more activities and events specifically catered towards senior guests. The children working there were very kind, but it would have been nice to have some options tailored to our needs and interests.

I greatly enjoyed 10 nights in this property. The apartment was clean, included a shower, hairdryers and free toiletries. The staff was AMICABLE and helpful all the time. The location was marvellous and the private parking was onsite. Wynwood Art district was worth visiting.
Had to cope with problem with drainage, that upset me.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area and the rooftop pool was breathtaking. Our spacious and clean room made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive too! We loved the free toiletries and the fact that the room had a kitchen with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals.
We would recommend this place to our family and friends in a heartbeat.

The hotel with clean rooms, in a fairly nice area, in the middle of jackson. Helpful and amiable staff throughout. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Absolutely perfect and marvellous location, a short walk to everywhere. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Great overall experience.

The location in the heart of Wynwood was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The modern building had great amenities like a gym, pool, and business suite. The rooms were nicely appointed and had comfortable beds. The customer service provided by Jorge, Stephanie, and Jack was outstanding and exceeded expectations. The staff was responsive and accommodating.
Felt exceptional, no complaints at all.
